MS CRM: Workflows not Flowing

Today I had the frustrating of troubleshooting my work-flows. Now, I'm not a huge CRM guru, I'm just struggling to get by. Luckily I have an awesome CRM Consultant by the name of Colin over at iCRM, in Burnaby.
Anyway, I digress.
This morning, I was a little puzzled why my work flows were not flowing. After some investigation, the Microsoft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service was not running. A quick restart, and voila! All the work flows were once again flowing faster than a river in spring.
